Good computer skill (Microsoft office: Words, excell, power point, internet & Linux Program) 5. English ability is required, orally & written. 6. Mandarin ability is an advantage 7. Smart, good interpersonal skill, good attitude towards other, able to work in a team, self motivated, a fast learner. 8. Willing to be placed in Cikarang (We provide shuttle bus for employee).

Job Description: 1. Monitor the implementation Furnace and Kiln System Assesment in order to achieve zero incident 2. Inspect, check the analysis of furnace and Kiln condition. Qualifications 1. Male. 2. Bachelor degree from reputable University, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. 3. Min. 1- 2 year experience in Furnace/Kiln machine. 4. Able to operate computer. 5. Excelent English skill. 6. Willing to be placed in Cikarang-Bekasi (We provide shuttle bus for employee).

Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for Recruitment process: Psychological assessment, develop matrix competency & placement. 2.Responsible in handling training program: conduct TNA, arrange training, etc. 3.Responsible in implementing ISO 9001; ISO 14001 for all HR aspect Qualification: 1.Male, max 34 years of age. 2.Bachelor degree from Reputable university, majoring in psychology. 3.Experience in designing training program for 1-2 years. 4.Experience in handling recruitment process. 5.Deep knowledge in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001. 6.Excelent Computer skill (Microsoft Office: Word, Excell, Power point & Linux program) 7.Well experience using statistic program. 8.Adaptable, excellent analitical and presentation skill, self starter, excellent communication skill, and able to maintain good relationship with other department. 9.Willing to be placed in Cikarang (We provide shuttle bus for employee).
