CORPORATE SECRETARY
Responsibilities:
* As Advisor about law’s company management and practice on legal-related-issues on company actions
* Act as a compliance officer who gives input to the Top Management in order to make sure that company fulfill and follow the Capital Market Law
* As a media relations who focuses on the company as Public Relations and promotions
Requirements:
* Male / Female min. 35 years old with Master degree from reputable university majoring Business Law
* Experience min. 5 years as Corporate Secretary
* Understand the operation business process, regulation of tender, corporate laws and related laws
* Mastery of Indonesia corporate law and go-public rules and issues
* Good understanding in drafting contract and legal
* Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solution
* Good knowledge in capital market regulation
* Good communication ( in English both oral and written), interpersonal skill & leadership
