Qualification :

- 3 years experiences in PBX Administration, Operation and Setup
- Hands on experience with AVAYA PBX and Switching
- Familiar with PBX Billing System, Call Recording, Call Center and IVR
- Preferably understand and had implemented CTI and has PBX certification and/or training (AVAYA, etc)
- S1 Graduated – Information Technology or Electrical Engineer

Senior Server and PC Engineer (Job Code : IT-OPS-E0000)

Qualification :

- At least 5 years experiences in Microsoft, Server and PC environment
- Hands on experience in setting up multiple Server Hardware, such as, Hewlett Packard, DELL, IBM and SUN
- Has experience in design Server and PC Standardization
- Has experience in creating IT Infrastructure Blue Print (Active Directory Design including network and also Global Policy)
- Has Implemented or involved in Active Directory, Exchange and SQL Deployment and Implementation
- Microsoft Certification and UNIX Literacy is preferred
- S1 Graduated – Information Technology or Electrical Engineers
- At least 3 years experience in Server and PC Environment
- Has experience in setting up Server and PC in Microsoft Environment
- Involved in Active Directory and Exchange Deployment and Implementation
- S1 Graduated – Information Technology or Electrical Engineers

Network Performance Analyst Engineer (Job Code : IT-OPS-E0000)

Qualification :

- 5 years experience in Network Monitoring
- Have experience in Data and Voice environment
- Have design and implemented Network Monitoring and Analysis Tools
- Preferably has certification in Data and Voice Equipment, i.e: CISCO, AVAYA, Juniper, etc
- S1 Graduated – Information Technology or Electrical Engineer

Exposure of your responsibilities are :

Responsibility:
Responsible for the development and execution of the site specific audit plan. Develops, trains and supervises the activities of assigned auditors. Performs audits without direct supervision.

Job qualification:

  • B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance ad Administration and at least 6 years of public accounting or auditing experience, CPA or equivalent designation Manager level experience at Big 4 accounting preferred Knowledge of the mining Industry is highly desirable.

Opportunity exists for a seasoned, high caliber, professional to join the Company with job Assignment in Sengata – East Kalimantan for the positions of:

Manager – Business and

Requirements:

  • Posses a tertiary qualification in Mining, Mechanical, Geology/Civil Engineering from a reputable University
  • Hold Pengawas Operational Madya Certificate is preferable. Candidate with Business Improvement Experience using Six Sigma Methodology will be preferred
  • Possess extensive experience and proven skills in the mining industry at least 10 years,
  • Preferably in open cut mining coal mining encompassing a broad range of practical production, maintenance, improvement, technical and people management issues

Responsibilities:

    projects to ensure the team meets the goals
  • Ensure that appropriate management information system are in place in KPC so that process output are measures, improvement opportunities identified, and the effectiveness of any improvement are quantified
  • Develop business and
    performance improvement
    strategic plan in line with the GM Business and
    Performance Improvement
    annual context statement
  • Develop with General Manager the key process and improvement initiatives and the associated key performance measures required to achieve the KPC business improvement plan
  • Monitor improvement projects progress to assess the savings and gains, monitor control charts, investigate and rectify any variances required
  • Develop action plan with Business Improvement Champions and Project Leaders to ensure the sustainability for every improvement projects
  • Develop the effective communication strategy for KPC business improvement process to ensure people awareness of the program and to report the project results
  • Promote and reinforce compliance with KPC’s Environmental Management Policy
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of mining industry improvement initiatives and technological innovations

QUANTITY SURVEYOR - E & I ( QS E&I )
* Ensures activities during assigned project execution are consistently performed in compliance with the established procedures.

Responsible for E&I Quantity Surveying deliverables being prepared
correctly as required by the contract and internal requirements.
* Progressively re-measure the unit rate scope based on design and fabrication documents.
* Conducts site measures as required, and/ors take-offs from drawings leading to the preparation of bill of quantities.
* Maintain database of the bills of estimated quantities and comprehensive and accurate files, logs and records.
* Review the feasibility of the Contract schedule of unit rates.
* Estimating “star rates” for work items not included in the Contract schedule of rates.

Interfacing with the Client quantity surveying representatives with
regards to agreements to measured quantities and associated estimated
values of work completed.
* Maintains a close working relationship
with Batam project engineering, the detailing office, the MTO group and
other Fabrication departments as required, in order to retrieve and
maintain accurate records of the latest updated drawing and MTO data.
*
Provides variance analysis (including quantity analysis, man hour
analysis and re-measurement analysis) and recommends corrective actions
for deviations from plan or budget.
* Assists in the preparation of the final project close-out report.
* Mentor & guide Quantity surveying personnel on a daily basis.

Qualification:
*
3+ years experience in progress measurement, tracking installed
quantities, interpreting construction drawings, and invoicing based on
unit rates at a construction job site

* Good knowledge of project progress measurement software applications as well as all Microsoft Office products

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Onshore Base Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day running
of the supply base including on the site planning and execution of
logistics activities, maintaining maximum HSE and operational
efficiency.

* He is responsible for implementation of all the
companys policies, procedures and minimum standards on logistics
operations, safety and environmental protection.

* He will
ensure that all warehouse, yard and accommodation facilities are
maintained and that suitable planned maintenance programs are in place.

He will optimize material issues with vessel load outs together with
the company Logistics Supervisor and ensure that all material handling

MAIN CHALLENGES FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

* Ensure the level of HSE management is at an acceptable level from the start of operations will be a major challenge.

* Ensure that adequate manning and plant levels are maintained to provide the full scope of services within the approved budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

A logistics professional with 10 years experience in a senior logistics
function within the Oil and Gas Industry including drilling, operations
and equipment experience.

* A good planner with experience in all MS office applications including MS project.

*
A good knowledge of Road Transport , Dangerous Goods and Hoisting and
lifting standards including sound knowledge of Company HSE policies and
procedures.

* Creative and enthusiastic with a strong team spirit, who thrives under tough circumstances.

* Ability of working in a multi-cultural environment with good skills of writing and oral English.

* Experience with SAP is a major advantage.

* Previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
