The role is responsible for delivering quality business solutions, through IS project and enhancement to existing application and business processes.

National Remuneration Manager

Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia (CCDI) – National Office is looking for the right candidate to fill in the position of National Remuneration Manager. In this position, the incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Development of employee remuneration and benefit strategies required to attract, retain and motivate employees
  • Development of policies and procedures that support business needs, manage&maximize the utilization of HR systems functionality
  • Maintain HR data integrity and streamline HR business processes

Exposure of your responsibilities are :

  • Reviewing and establishing a remuneration philosophy, strategy and practices to meet change in market pay practices and create stronger link to performance result
  • Managing the International compensation & benefits programs such as LTISP, executive retention programs, stocks, share plan, etc. as per guidelines applied; supporting documentation and systems input is accurate; schedules are adhered to; appropriate input and approval is obtained from local management; awards are delivered effectively and efficiently
  • Providing advice and guidance to management, business partners and employees on remuneration and HR business process matters, through effective communication to create awareness of HR remuneration and HR business processes
  • Managing and developing clear guidelines and SOP on HR systems to ensure personnel data completeness and integrity

To be successful in this position, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:

  • Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or Human Resources or other discipline from reputable university, Master degree would be an advantage
  • Have a minimum 8-10 years business experience across HR or Finance disciplines in an FMCG commercial environment
  • Understanding of overall company business objective and process, remuneration structures and principles, Market trend and movement, HR business processes and HR Systems
  • Excellent Communication, Policy writing and Presentation skills
  • Well experienced in data interpretation and analysis also change management concept
  • Excellent in Coaching & Leading Others
