Exposure of your responsibilities are :

  1. Persyaratan Umum
    1. Warga Negara Republik Indonesia;
    2. Memiliki Integritas yang tinggi terhadap Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia;
    3. Sehat jasmani dan rohani berdasarkan surat keterangan dokter pemerintah;
    4. Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian dari Kepolisian;
    5. Tidak berstatus sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Pegawai Negeri Sipil;
    6. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai CPNS/PNS/Anggota TNI/POLRI atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta;
    7. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang sudah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana kejahatan;
    8. Tidak menjadi anggota dan atau pengurus partai politik;
    9. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia ;
    10. Minimal mengerti/mengetahui penggunaan dasar komputer (microsoft office) dan internet (browsing dan surat elektronik).
  2. Persyaratan Khusus
    1. Kualifikasi pendidikan yang dibutuhkan sebagaimana tersebut pada Huruf A tersebut diatas;
    2. Berijazah dari SPP/SPMA negeri atau swasta, perguruan tinggi negeri atau swasta terakreditasi sedangkan Surat Keterangan Tanda Kelulusan TIDAK BERLAKU.
    3. Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) :
      • Nilai Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimal untuk S2 = 3.0 dan DIUTAMAKAN IPK yang diatas 3.25;
      • Nilai Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimal untuk S1, DIII/SM = 2.75 dan DIUTAMAKAN IPK yang diatas 3.0;
      • Nilai rata-rata ijazah minimal untuk SPP/SPMA = 7,0 dan DIUTAMAKAN nilai rata-rata yang diatas 8,0.
    4. Waktu melamar telah memiliki ijazah SPP/SPMA negeri atau swasta, atau ijazah perguruan tinggi negeri atau perguruan tinggi swasta yang telah terakreditasi. Apabila dalam ijazah tersebut tidak disebutkan akreditasi, maka perlu dilampirkan surat keterangan dari sekolah atau universitas yang bersangkutan yang menyebutkan akreditasinya.
    5. DIUTAMAKAN yang menguasai bahasa inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan) minimal bernilai 400 untuk SPP/SPMA, 450 untuk S1, D4 atau D3/SM dan 475 untuk S2 yang dibuktikan dengan hasil test kemampuan bahasa inggris yang masih berlaku.
    6. Untuk kompetensi-kompetensi tertentu DIUTAMAKAN LAKI-LAKI dan berstatus BELUM MENIKAH karena penempatannya di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Departemen Pertanian di wilayah Indonesia Timur.
    7. Usia paling rendah 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan paling tinggi 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada 1 DESEMBER 2009.
  3. Ketentuan Pedaftaran
    1. Pendaftaran Pelamar dilakukan melalui website Departemen Pertanian di http://cpns.deptan.go.id;
    2. Bagi yang telah mengirim lamaran sebelum pengumuman ini dibuat, dinyatakan tidak berlaku;
    3. Panitia Pengadaan tidak menerima surat lamaran yang diantar langsung
    4. Bagi pelamar yang telah melakukan pendaftaran dan mengisi secara lengkap data dan surat pernyatan secara on-line dan secara sistem dinyatakan memenuhi syarat maka akan secara langsung mendapatkan NOMOR TEST KARTU UJIAN yang harus dicetak sendiri oleh pelamar pada satu halaman yang sama dengan SURAT PERNYATAAN dan baru dapat dinyatakan berlaku secara syah setelah mendapat pengesahan oleh PANITIA PENGADAAN CPNS DEPTAN TAHUN 2009 di LOKASI UJIAN.
    5. SURAT PERNYATAAN diisi secara on-line dan wajib dicetak pada satu halaman yang sama dengan KARTU UJIAN sebagaimana yang disiapkan oleh PANITIA secara sistem. Surat pernyataan harus ditandatangani basah oleh pelamar diatas kertas bermaterai Rp. 6000,- dan baru dapat dinyatakan berlaku secara syah setelah mendapat pengesahan oleh PANITIA PENGADAAN CPNS DEPTAN TAHUN 2009 di LOKASI UJIAN.
    6. Menempelkan Pas photo terakhir (hitam putih atau berwarna) ukuran 3 x 4 cm pada tempat yang telah disediakan pada kartu ujian yang telah dicetak sebanyak 2 rangkap (kedua-duanya harus pas photo asli).
    7. Periode pendaftaran secara on-line dibuka mulai tanggal 29 September 2009 pukul 08.00 WIB s/d tanggal 7 Oktober 2009 pukul 16.00 WIB.
    8. Menggunakan dokumen dan data pendukung yang syah dan masih berlaku.
    9. KESALAHAN/KELALAIAN MENGIKUTI PROSEDUR yang ditetapkan dalam melakukan pengisian formulir lamaran dan berakibat merugikan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pada pelamar MERUPAKAN TANGGUNG JAWAB PELAMAR.
  4. Pelaksanaan Seleksi dan Penetapan CPNS
    1. Seluruh data pelamar yang masuk akan diseleksi secara langsung oleh sistem dan akan dilakukan validasi dan verifikasi database pelamar oleh panitia dan dilakukan verifikasi kembali pada saat PENGESAHAN KARTU UJIAN DI LOKASI UJIAN (waktu dan lokasi akan ditentukan kemudian).
    2. Apabila panitia menemukan data yang berbeda antara data base yang ada dengan data dukung pelamar yang wajib dibawa pada saat pengesahan kartu ujian maka secara langsung pelamar tersebut dinyatakan gugur dan batal untuk mengikuti ujian tes tertulis;
    3. Kelengkapan yang dibawa pada waktu melakukan pengesahan kartu ujian sebagai berikut :
      • Print Out kartu ujian yang telah ditempeli pas foto dan surat pernyataan bermaterai Rp. 6000,- yang telah ditandatangani basah sebanyak 2 rangkap;
      • Foto copy dan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) asli yang masih berlaku;
      • Foto copy ijazah dan transkrip nilai yang telah dilegalisir oleh Rektor/Dekan/Pembantu Dekan Bidang Akademik bagi Universitas/-Institut, atau Ketua/Pembantu Ketua Bidang Akademik bagi Sekolah Tinggi, dan untuk SPP/SPMA dilegalisir oleh Kepala Sekolah yang bersangkutan, Kepala/Kabag/Kabid/Kasubdin atau yang setingkat dan berkompeten pada Dinas Pendidikan Kab/Kota dengan menyebutkan pejabatnya (cap basah);
    4. Kelengkapan yang dibawa pada saat melakukan pengesahan kartu ujian disusun rapi di dalam map kertas dengan warna :
      • BIRU untuk Pasca Sarjana (S2);
      • KUNING untuk Sarjana (S1) dan Diploma IV (D4);
      • MERAH untuk Diploma III (D3/SM);
      • HIJAU untuk SPP/SPMA .
    5. Pelamar yang lulus seleksi administrasi dan telah mendapat pengesahan kartu ujian oleh panitia pengadaan CPNS Deptan T.A. 2009 dapat mengikuti seleksi/tes secara tertulis dengan jenis materi ujian terdiri dari: Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD) terdiri dari: Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU) meliputi unsur wawasan nasional, regional dan internasional; Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS) meliputi unsur kemampuan: verbal, kuantitatif, dan penalaran; Tes Skala Kematangan (TSK) meliputi unsur kemampuan beradaptasi, pengendalian diri, semangat berprestasi, integritas, dan inisiatif;
    6. WAKTU DAN LOKASI PENGESAHAN KARTU PESERTA UJIAN DAN SURAT PERNYATAAN SERTA TEMPAT PENYELENGGARAAN UJIAN AKAN DIUMUMKAN KEMUDIAN MELALUI WEBSITE DEPARTEMEN PERTANIAN;
    7. Biaya Akomodasi selama pelaksanaan tes ditanggung masing-masing peserta;
    8. Biaya yang timbul dalam pelaksanaan ujian penyaringan ini dibebankan pada Anggaran Departemen Pertanian Tahun Anggaran 2009.
    9. Seleksi penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Departemen Pertanian TIDAK DIPUNGUT BIAYA.
    10. Seluruh data dan dokumen pelamar menjadi arsip Departemen Pertanian dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh pelamar;
    11.     12. Panitia seleksi berhak menempatkan pelamar sesuai dengan kompetensinya di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.
  5. Persiapan Sebelum Mengajukan Lamaran
    Proses awal registrasi lamaran secara on-line melalui website resmi Departemen Pertanian merupakan tahapan paling penting. Proses ini dilakukan sepenuhnya oleh pelamar. Untuk mengurangi kesalahan, pelamar dihimbau untuk mempersiapkan seluruh data dan dokumen pendukung yang diperlukan. Dalam proses verifikasi, panitia tidak memiliki (dan tidak diberi) wewenang untuk melakukan perubahan pada isian pelamar. Sehingga ketidaksesuaian antara isian pada database pelamar yang ada pada panitia dengan dokumen pendukung pelamar akan berakibat pada ketidaklulusan pelamar pada tahap pertama.

Untuk menghemat waktu akses, sebelum mengisi formulir lamaran ini pastikan bahwa Saudara sebagai pelamar telah menyiapkan data dan dokumen pendukung yang dipersyaratkan, diantaranya :

Requirements:

  • Posses a tertiary qualification in Mining, Mechanical, Geology/Civil Engineering from a reputable University
  • Hold Pengawas Operational Madya Certificate is preferable. Candidate with Business Improvement Experience using Six Sigma Methodology will be preferred
  • Possess extensive experience and proven skills in the mining industry at least 10 years,
  • Preferably in open cut mining coal mining encompassing a broad range of practical production, maintenance, improvement, technical and people management issues

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Managers in the oragnization to understand the problems on their areas to identify improvement opportunities and to define, select and monitor business improvement projects.
  • Direct and facilities the KPC’s business and
    performance improvement
    projects to ensure the team meets the goals
  • Ensure that appropriate management information system are in place in KPC so that process output are measures, improvement opportunities identified, and the effectiveness of any improvement are quantified
  • Develop business and
    performance improvement
    strategic plan in line with the GM Business and
    Performance Improvement
    annual context statement
  • Develop with General Manager the key process and improvement initiatives and the associated key performance measures required to achieve the KPC business improvement plan
  • Monitor improvement projects progress to assess the savings and gains, monitor control charts, investigate and rectify any variances required
  • Develop action plan with Business Improvement Champions and Project Leaders to ensure the sustainability for every improvement projects
  • Develop the effective communication strategy for KPC business improvement process to ensure people awareness of the program and to report the project results
  • Promote and reinforce compliance with KPC’s Environmental Management Policy
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of mining industry improvement initiatives and technological innovations

QUANTITY SURVEYOR - E & I ( QS E&I )
* Ensures activities during assigned project execution are consistently performed in compliance with the established procedures.

Responsible for E&I Quantity Surveying deliverables being prepared
correctly as required by the contract and internal requirements.
* Progressively re-measure the unit rate scope based on design and fabrication documents.
* Conducts site measures as required, and/ors take-offs from drawings leading to the preparation of bill of quantities.
* Maintain database of the bills of estimated quantities and comprehensive and accurate files, logs and records.
* Review the feasibility of the Contract schedule of unit rates.
* Estimating “star rates” for work items not included in the Contract schedule of rates.

Interfacing with the Client quantity surveying representatives with
regards to agreements to measured quantities and associated estimated
values of work completed.
* Maintains a close working relationship
with Batam project engineering, the detailing office, the MTO group and
other Fabrication departments as required, in order to retrieve and
maintain accurate records of the latest updated drawing and MTO data.
*
Provides variance analysis (including quantity analysis, man hour
analysis and re-measurement analysis) and recommends corrective actions
for deviations from plan or budget.
* Assists in the preparation of the final project close-out report.
* Mentor & guide Quantity surveying personnel on a daily basis.

Qualification:
*
3+ years experience in progress measurement, tracking installed
quantities, interpreting construction drawings, and invoicing based on
unit rates at a construction job site

* Good knowledge of project progress measurement software applications as well as all Microsoft Office products
